Kyle Kramer

Kyle is an author and leader with more than 20 years in executive leadership. He was the Vice President of the Defense Sector for Mobius Consulting until 2018, and now serves as the Chief of Staff for Lifepoint Church and Executive Director of Lifepoint College. He is the founder and co-owner of Maverick Leadership Group. He received an advanced diploma in Joint Military Operations and National Security Strategy from the Naval War College and Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University. He earned his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University. Kyle also has an extensive background in combat leadership as a Naval Officer of more than 25 years, including 6 combat tours to the Middle East, and a bronze star medal for actions while serving on a Joint Special Operations Task Force. Kyle is a Captain in the US Navy Reserve and is the Commanding Officer of Carrier Strike Group Four’s Naval Reserve Unit. Kyle has been married to Amy for nearly 22 years and has two kids: Kaylee (18) and Connell (15).
