By the time Lifepoint College students graduate, they are fully equipped to contribute to the Kingdom of God while embracing their own unique skills and gifts. Our program helps them develop and grow in an array of areas.

Relationship with Christ
Students will mature in their relationship with and identity in Christ, as evidenced by habitual spiritual disciplines and the ability to share the Word of God confidently.
Students will demonstrate an elevated understanding of purpose and calling, commitment to the Kingdom, deployment of spiritual gifts, and growth in their relationship with self and others through regular and enthusiastic involvement in ongoing church-based ministry.

Students will demonstrate effective self-management, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills, portrayed by work habits, interactions with facilitators and peers, and general personal discipline, e.g., timeliness, effectiveness, and openness to feedback.
Students will display a commitment to lifelong learning and self-improvement as an essential responsibility demonstrated through increasing engagement with new opportunities.

Students will demonstrate a foundational understanding of biblical texts and core theology.
Students will possess knowledge of orthodox doctrine and varied theological views producing confidence in biblical discussion and application.
Students will interpret and analyze biblical texts through the lens of accurate cultural and literary context.
