Pastor Daniel Floyd, D.Min.
Pastors Daniel & Tammie Floyd are the founding and Senior Pastors of Lifepoint Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Since 2005, Lifepoint has seen thousands of people become fully alive in Christ. Named by Outreach Magazine as one of the 100 largest and fastest growing churches in America, Lifepoint meets in multiple regions throughout the state of Virginia and with Lifepoint family churches in Louisville, Kentucky, and Stuttgart, Germany. With a vision to raise up the next generation of leaders, Pastor Daniel founded Lifepoint College in 2016. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Southeastern University, two Masters Degrees from Liberty Theological Seminary, and is the author of Living the Dream.

Executive Director
Kyle Kramer leads our staff as the Executive Director of Lifepoint College, oversees Student Life, and provides strategic vision for the future development of Lifepoint College. He also provides pastoral care for our students and families. -
Timothy Zaegel
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Zaegel operates as Chief Financial Officer at Lifepoint College. He ensures compliance with legal and financial elements to improve the current and future development of Lifepoint College. He also ensures the availability of financial options for our students. -
Kara Garcia
Enrollment & Administration Director
Kara Garcia oversees enrollment management at Lifepoint College. If you are interested in visiting Lifepoint College, learning more about our programs, or enrolling in a class, Kara is available to guide you through the process. She also manages partnerships and marketing opportunities. -
Jon Rounsaville
Academics Director
Jon Rounsaville serves as the Director of Academics at Lifepoint College. He oversees practicum, programs, curriculum, resources, and the recruitment and training of facilitators at the college. He also provides academic counseling to students and graduates. -
Catie Embrey
Administrative Assistant
Catie Embrey currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for Lifepoint College. She supports our students and parents by answering general questions or concerns they have during their time at Lifepoint College. -
Kallie Triplett
Practicum Coordinator
Kallie Triplett is the Academic and Practicum Coordinator at Lifepoint College . Kallie assists students and faculty in navigating our academic platforms and requirements. She also assists with the practicum placement of our students. -
Lauren Hackett
Finance Manager
Lauren Hackett serves as the Finance Manager at Lifepoint College. Lauren assists students with scholarship, financial assistance, and student loan options. She is also the point of contact for housing, invoicing, and payments. -
Dr. Heather Lee
Accreditation Liaison
Heather Lee currently serves as the Accreditation Liaison for Lifepoint College. She oversees our processes to ensure that we are meeting standards set by the Association of Biblical Higher Education as we work towards accreditation as applicants to expand opportunities for our students and graduates.
